1)COMPLIANCE
Registration of an Energy Company

Application of licesnses from :
-Fire Brigade
-City Council
-Environmental Management Agency (EMA)
-Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA )

2)EQUIPMENT

-48 KG Gas Cylinders (number will depend on scale ) PRICE PER CYLINDER 100 USD TO 120 USD .
-Filling shed (price depends on type and structure )
-Gas Pump (for filling )  around 2 300 USD
-Manifold system (1000 To 1 500 USD )
-Gas Scale (Depends on type .Ranges from 450 USD To 1 800 USD )
-Filling hoses (Around 300 USD )

MARKETING
Flyers ,banners and branding

MINIMUM CAPITAL REQUIRED
$10 000

RISKS INVOLVED
The risks involved with the Gas sector is because of the nature of Gas and how highly flammable it is it can easily results in fires and or burns .Proper care and investment has to go into training personnel in handling Gas .
The other risks is if other alternative energy sources like electricity become cheaper .

ESTIMATED RETURN
We can estimate a 10% to 15% return on investment per month

LIMITATIONS
Sudden changes in Government Policy and mandatory requirements changing
